“Cinegy is proud to be sponsoring this seminar and reception and fully supports the important role that AMWA plays in advancing digital workflows in broadcast,” said Cinegy Managing Director Jan Weigner. “Both MXF and AAF as defined and promoted by AMWA hold the key to integrated production and broadcast workflows. By sponsoring this event Cinegy is doing its part to help grow awareness and adoption in the industry.”

Cinegy will be one of 13 vendors taking part in the technical demonstration of a complete production workflow based on the MXF format. “The demonstration will show a workflow, incorporating technology from many vendors being used to take a project from ingest through final playout in just a few minutes,” explained Weigner, who is also a member of the AMWA board. “Our goal is to underscore the versatility of the MXF format and the importance of AMWA’s work in promoting standardization within the industry.”
