The automation broadcasting system cinegy workflow, which is now in operation for the Television Radio Company “Novyy Vek”, includes five workstations and is aimed at the tapeless production of advertising reels and clips, automation and the broadcasting of these materials on air. The television station includes: the central server cinegy media archive, five journalist’s cinegy media desktop workstations, the digitizing cinegy ingest SD station, the broadcast automation cinegy air SD server and an editing workstation with cinegy eXtreme. The equipment used is standard and provides for the possibility of later extension and modernization. The future objective is to transfer Television Radio Company to an entirely tapeless production based on the cinegy workflow software. This is possible because Cinegy does not use proprietary hardware platforms, only standard IT-industry hardware and software, thus the system is very flexible.

Television Radio Company “Novyy Vek” is the only satellite operator in Republic of Tatarstan and includes the “Tatarstan - Novyy Vek” TV channel (TNV), radio channel “Yana Gasyr” and “Love-radio”, weekly newspaper “Na volne Tatarstana – Tatarstan dulkynynda”. The company was registered on May 17, 2001 and full broadcasting started on August 26, 2002. The whole territory of Tatarstan lies in the zone of “Tatarstan - Novyy Vek” TV channel. The TV programs are watched in Udmurtia, Bashkortostan, Chuvashia, Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Orenburg, Samara, Saratov, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Astrakhan regions, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Kazakhstan, Finland, Turkey, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The broadcasting is conducted in two state languages – the Tatar and Russian languages.
