AMSTERDAM—At IBC 2009, Cinegy (www.cinegy.com) will conduct a special session on its award-winning digital asset management and broadcast automation solution cinegy workflow as part of IBC’s Training Zone. One-hour sessions, led by Cinegy Sales Manager Austin Sandifer will be held Saturday at 12 midday and one on Sunday at 11am in Hall 7.

Those interested in attending one of the sessions may reserve a spot here via the IBC website.

In this fast-paced session, Sandifer will provide a broad introduction to cinegy workflow which is revolutionizing broadcast and post production environments by facilitating a tapeless, non-linear workflow that reduces costs and enables team members to work collaboratively and efficiently in content production.

The session will describe the major components of a modular cinegy workflow environment, including modules for digital asset management, archiving, ingest, broadcast automation and playout, remote web access, and integration tools. He will also provide real-world examples of how cinegy workflow is being used by leading media companies worldwide to run multi-channel television operations, produce reality television shows, and other content.
