When I start Cinegy I get the error message: "Could not find stored procedure 'master.dbo.xp_register_client'".

This error message means that the Cinegy extended SQL procedures are not installed at the SQL server.
Start the Cinegy Enterprise Manager, connect to the server and database, goto the "Install and update procedures" module. Refresh and then update.
