Is it possible to run Cinegy Cineweb in a closed network environment, i.e. not connected to the Internet, but connected directly to the production Network?

Cinegy Cineweb does not require Internet connection. The only requirement is that the Microsoft Silverlight (Version 4) plug-in should be installed first.
