With more than 2 million subscribers, True Visions is the largest Pay TV and Cable operator in Thailand, and following their recent expansion, including an increase of 36 channels, required a solution that provides their playout center with a 24/7 Disaster Recovery system.

The Cinegy installation at True Visions includes an entire end-to-end workflow based on Cinegy’s MAM and active archive solution, Cinegy Archive. For their playout and automation requirements, 36 Cinegy Air PRO’s are in use along with 36 Cinegy Type’s, Cinegy’s CG solution.

For multi-channel video monitoring, True Visions use Cinegy Multiviewer, allowing them to monitor their playout both locally and externally. Cinegy Multiviewer runs on commodity IT servers or workstations, receiving RTP/UDP streams via Ethernet or uncompressed video using standard SDI cards from vendors such as AJA, BMD, DVS or Deltacast, providing True Visions with a flexible and cost effective monitoring solution.
